Our mission is to provide our customers with a safe and reliable vehicle that can get you to work, pick up your kids, and get you everywhere you need to go in your daily life. We take preventative measures during our maintenance and repairs to protect you from getting stranded.
Your vehicle goals are important, and we will work with you each step of the way to make sure they’re achieved. No work will be done to your vehicle until you’ve been informed about what we are doing, how long it will take, and how much it will cost, so you can make a decision that’s right for you and your vehicle.
If your appointment will take a while, we have five loaner vehicles available for anyone over the age of twenty-five with a valid driver’s license and insurance. We can send the loaner contract to your cell phone; all you have to do is fill out the contract and come pick up the keys! Or, if you prefer, we can drop you off and pick you up if you live in Corinth, ME or Boothbay, ME.
We value our customers and take pride in our work, which is why we have a 36 month or 36,000 miles parts and labor warranty on all repairs (unless otherwise specified)!
Customer Auto Repair Concerns
We understand customers’ concerns when bringing a vehicle to a garage or dealership.
People are not entirely versed in describing their vehicle’s problem. This is truer today with computerized vehicles than when vehicles were relatively simple.
We try to alleviate such issues when you come to Rowes Garage for auto repair.
Once you drop your vehicle off, we’ll ask you what happened. Just describe the problem as best you can—we’ll hear it all. We also have the diagnostic equipment to deal with your vehicle’s issues.
We’ll give you an estimate for parts and labor once our auto tech has diagnosed the issue. We’ll do our best to explain the problem for your easy understanding. We’ll take photos when we do a digital inspection. These photos will help us explain better what is wrong. We won’t start working on your vehicle until you authorize it.

At Rowes Garage, we try to make the auto repair easy and non-stressful.
We’ll diagnose your vehicle and then contact you to tell you what is wrong. We can send pictures to illustrate the problem, so you’ll know what we are talking about.
We provide a clean, comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks if you choose to wait. We even have a coloring table to keep your kids occupied. Our waiting room has a TV and WiFi, so you can go on the internet or even work with your laptop.
We stand behind our work 100%. There’s very little we can’t handle. But we’ll recommend a specialty shop if we think we can’t fix the problem.

General Maintenance
You can prevent surprise auto repair trips by performing general maintenance.
When you bring your vehicle for oil changes, we can look for leaks, loose parts, and broken parts while the vehicle is on the lift. We’ll let you know if we notice anything that could leave you stranded or is a safety concern.
We will not recommend a repair for the sake of recommending. Because we have digital inspection software, we’ll let you know when we see something concerning and send you the pictures via email or text.
